Here I come with another post full of pictures I took in Baile Herculane last week. Yet again I have as a subject a pretty long and old building.
Back in the day it was used as a treatment center using thermal water but now despite the restoration works that seem to have no end it looks awful. It looks old and it is in a precarious state.
Maybe one day the municipality will come to the accomplishment of turning this old and time challenged building in a beautiful site that’s worth visiting if not using it for its sole purpose.
Such sightings make you think of old age make you think of how you treat life of how we treat our health and how much do we treasure the present moment?
When we are young we don’t care that much about our health. We don’t give too much attention to our physical health as well as our mental health but as we get older we get to realise that staying fit both physical and mental is of utmost importance.
Abusing our mental and physical health can sometimes be like a one-way road. At some point no matter what we try, it could be too late to recover from the path we took upon.
The choices we make today are the reality we are creating for us for the future so what should we choose now for the best outcome that we can play with at old age?
I guess the best answer could be to live like our ancestors did it. Healthy and balance eating, engaging in lots of physical activity every day, reaing, learning and never stopping from dreaming never while never stop being creative and always seeking to out perform ourselves first rather than looking to perform others is what my bet is on.
Have a great day and see you next time.
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
