We all love #food, many of us are big time foodies. First of all the food is to nourish one's body, give adequate energy and calories, keep us healthy and fit. There is no denying in that one cannot simply stick to one diet schedule... forever! Change is the way of #life...be it anything!!!
I mean, one can stick to a specific diet plan for certain or any significant reasons, for a finite amount of time, however most deviate and plenty of us... simply falter! Either we overdo it or just simply prefer to avoid !
There are plenty of people in this world suffering from either obesity or aneroxia, but we will not get into this discussion for various reasons...but all I would say is... Everything is linked or related to the intake of food, the kind of food we eat and our #lifestyle
Healthy... Hygienic... Nutritious... Calories Specific and fresh! Hopefully... plenty of these more! Depending upon person to person, place, location etc.
Almost everywhere in the world we all follow a particular schedule and routine in terms of our diet and the food that we eat daily.
Wonderfully enough we have divided over meal plan into breakfast, lunch and dinner. This plan is being followed pretty meticulously, all over the world!
However... human tendency to enjoy or munch other things in between lead to over eating, sometimes and possibly eat all sorts of unwanted food items that could have been easily avoided but there is little control over that. Infact this is the bitter truth. No one is going to deny that, for sure!
Either we or someone in the family is definitely looking for, constantly searching for something to eat! This is indeed very tricky. Either you munch whatever you see, available…chocolates, biscuits, noodles, chips/wafers etc..etc…etc. or very carefully/mindfully eat which can really compliment your system in a much better way.
At the end of the day, what matters is the amount of calories intake for fitness freaks and health conscious people, but there are many who really don’t care about anything. Such people eat, whatever comes their way.
I have seen and observed that kids and teens are more eager for snacking these days. Though adults can follow a particular diet plan for a while, kids and teens tend to deviate to a greater extent. My kiddo is equally curious and always excited to munch some snack one or the other time.SOS!!! Lol :)
Though, I don't like spicy food but everything in moderation is partially accepted to relish, that too very rarely, unlike my kiddo.
Here are most of the snacking items created, prepared or bought mainly for my kiddo. She also loves experimental food created at home.

Rava Masala Dosa
Tangy fruity & nutty chaat
Grilled Sandwich loaded with Mayonnaise, Capcicum & sweetcorn
Veggie Burger & French Fries
Special Masala Dosa
