This is my submission for the Deranged Photography Contest for the theme Portraits, hosted by @derangedvisions.
This shoot is done at the Chinatown Heritage Centre, which showcases scenes of Singapore from the past, when Chinese immigrants first settled down in Singapore. To fit into the theme, the model, Kate, was also dressed in the traditional Cheong Sam (or also known as the Mandarin gown).
I really enjoyed this shoot, as I originally wasn't even aware of this really nice and rustic heritage centre, and was a nice visit by itself. And Kate was pretty professional and didn't require much instructions for her poses. I hope you enjoy this little set of photos too!
