Hello friends ❤️
Hello everyone, friends of Hive! I hope you're doing well. Today, I want to share some new photos from a wonderful event that took place in my hometown, Cumaná. It was an extraordinary ballet performance, filled with art and a deep love for this form of expression. Unfortunately, I haven't been posting as often as I'd like due to my university commitments. However, I'm on the verge of obtaining my degree, and I hope to share more content in the coming days, particularly more photos for the passionate photography community.
These photos were made possible through my friendship with the theater director, who is also a talented ballet professor. He approached me to capture this event called "The Sleeping Beauty, the true story." The performance was full of intrigue, tragedy, and, above all, art and love. Despite the challenge of photographing fast ballet movements with a 50mm analog lens at f/1.8, I thoroughly enjoyed the show. Each photo I took aimed to capture the essence of this elegant and fascinating event, in my opinion.
On this day, I faced a challenge: the lack of adequate lighting and noise in the photos due to poor illumination. I had to increase the ISO sensitivity to the maximum (6400) and rely on technology to achieve acceptable results. Some might argue that this makes photography less challenging, but I disagree. Technology, including artificial intelligence, is here to assist us. It enables us to obtain high-quality photos in challenging conditions, which is especially valuable for those who don't have access to expensive equipment.
The event, "The Sleeping Beauty, the true story," was a captivating experience. The dancers, with their grace and skill, transported the audience to a world of magic and emotion. Every movement was brimming with expression and passion, and my goal was to capture these fleeting moments in my photographs. Despite technical challenges, such as low light and rapid movements, I felt fortunate to witness and document this unique performance.
I hope you enjoy these photos, dear Hive friends and photography colleagues. It's an honor to continue sharing my work in this community. I send you a warm embrace and look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you for all your support. Photography is a beautiful way to capture special moments and share them with the world, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to do so in this community.
