I’m a busy 🐝, for example these shots were taken at lunch during my main job and then after work before my part time job. At lunch during this spring period I actually have time to leave work and go out and have lunch. But, I actually bring my lunch which is usually an onigiri 🍙 ( rice ball) then when I’m done, I go for a walk with my camera in hand. Now, I do this for the HIVE but mostly because I really like photography; it’s relaxing, building a skill and something I can do while getting some steps in. A quadruple win.
The photo below was taken after my main gig/before the part time. I had some time to kill and thought I’d better make the best of it, so I stoped by this temple ( that’s more of a commercial temple) and was taking shots of the Torii ( red gate that signifies a holy place). As I was crouching taking photos of the Torii, a very うるさい(🇯🇵 urusai > 🇬🇧 noisy ) car was reversing coming towards me. A dude jumped out and started taking pictures of his car.
“Dude I was wondering what the hell you were doing!”
”Yeah, it’s kinda awkward parking here but I wanted to get these shots of my car.”
”Mind if I snap a few shots of your car 🚗 myself?”
”Sure, go ahead.”
And thus a Japanarefic photo came my way. Trust me, it’s not ever day you get a shot like this, I know I wouldn't be parking my Prius here to take snaps 😆 love my car though.
The following photos were taken in no particular order. For the sake of time I’ll give a short description of the shot and what I was trying to accomplish. All photos in this post are highly saturated as it makes the photos look more vibrant.
I always like to see people enjoying the blossoms.
