Hello hivers, how was your Sunday?
I just came across @tattoodjay's post which is for #SublimeSunday is inspired by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday is initiated by @ace108. That inspired me to write this post. I just had an enjoyable time at a meadow today.
This is a grass field in Mang Den - a remote small town in Kon Tum province, where I am on a business trip. I had heard from my local friends about the place, and since it was Sunday, I decided to go to spend some time there.
This grassland is located on a hill which is quite far from the center of town. It took me about 30 minutes to drive my motorbike there. The road leading into the meadow is a dirt road. When I set off, the weather was still fine, but as I neared the meadow, it started to rain. I'm still not used to the unusual weather in this area. Luckily I found a local people's house there to shelter from the rain.
After about an hour of waiting, the rain stopped, and I resumed my exploration of the meadow. You know, this area has fertile basalt red soil which is very good for plants. As far as I know, this meadow is for a nearby goat farm. Every day people will come here to cut the grass and bring back the goats.
Set amidst a hill and surrounded by forests, this meadow is a highlight that adds to the natural beauty of the whole area. I enjoyed walking around the meadow to discover the beauty of flowers and plants. I hope you like them too. Wishing you a beautiful Sunday!
