A few days ago, I shared a post about how interesting it is to take photos at the event I organized. At the event, there happened to be a traditional dance competition taking place. As I mentioned, the participants were quite enthusiastic, as evidenced by the participation of around nine groups. Although this is not a particularly large number, I believe that the event I organized can serve as a platform for them to showcase their talents.
After the series of traditional dance performances concluded, the modern dance segment followed. And of course, the interest in modern dance was just as high; if I recall correctly, there were also nine groups, and they were all quite young. However, unlike the traditional dance groups, the members of the modern dance groups were not all from the same age range. For example, there was one group that included a 14-year-old member and a 20-year-old member. Thus, modern dance really exemplifies the discovery of hidden talents that you then incorporate into your dance group.
Before the modern dance event started, the weather wasn't very good—it started to drizzle. However, this didn't dampen their enthusiasm to perform. Initially, there were few spectators, but suddenly the crowd grew as the music accompanied their movements. How do I know this? Because I was the one capturing their photos during the performance, and my position was always in the middle of the judges' panel. Here are the photos:
In a dance group, members are free to decide how many participants they want. We do not impose any restrictions on the composition of their dance groups, whether it be all-female, all-male, or a mix of both. Our intention in organizing this event was to provide a space for them to express their talents. That's why the theme of the event I organized named "Good Vibes" because my goal was to offer them a positive platform for creativity. I am very happy to have been able to capture their photos.
In July, I will be the event organizer for a similar event, which was requested by a hotel owner in my city. This leads me to conclude that the event I organized previously was quite successful, as it attracted significant attention.
I also hope that the upcoming event will go smoothly, even though this time we have a slightly smaller budget. This is because, during the first event, we, as the event organizers, did not make a profit due to budgeting mistakes by the team. To address this, we need to cut costs to cover the previous losses. But that's not a problem; the most important thing is that the last event went well and opened up other opportunities for us as event organizers.
Thank you, warm regards from me.
