hello #photographylovers
Good morning everyone. Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. I am starting today's blogging with many wishes and love to everyone.
Some time ago I visited my country home to celebrate Eid. I had a lot of fun and a lot of wandering while visiting there. I especially like to travel
While enjoying lots of joy and fun in the country house, I collected several photographs of the places I visited. And all those photographs are my traveling Also known as photography
I have several photographs of my Eid celebrations and traveling that I would like to share with you and give you a chance to see. I will share each photography with you in succession. But today I am present among you in our village house which is a palm tree And today I will show you the photographs about the process of how the farmer extracts the juice from that tree
First of all, towards the end of the Bengali Ashwin month, the juice of this palm tree continues. At that time you have to climb many tops of palm trees. Then some part of that tree should be cut by stealth and after leaving it for some time from there Juicing is done through various processes
Juice is extracted from palm trees especially in winter. And these extracted rasas are combined inside a big village and then the rasas are heated with the help of fire.
After about 2 to 3 hours when the juices are heated, the juices turn into solids and we can eat it as jaggery.Jaggery is as sweet and very tasty to eat.
The farmer is completing the process of extracting sap from his tree
This time the farmer is making a hole inside the tree to extract the sap from the tree. From which many juices will flow effortlessly within about 10 hours
Now when the hole in the tree is finished, an earthen pot or plastic container is used to store the sap of the tree. Because the dripping sap from this palm tree is collected in a container and after about 8 to 10 hours it is possible to get two to three kg of sap.
In this way it is possible to cut about 30 to 40 trees and make about 40 to 50 kg jaggery. which can make the farmer economically self-reliant and Helping to improve their standard of living.
