Today I bring you this beach photo shoot. Normally, when we go out to take beach photos, the girls prefer to wear more casual clothes and even their fashion bikinis.
This time it was a little different, which I personally was very happy about. She preferred to wear a flowing tulle and lace dress that was a real charmer for that location.
Taking portraits on the beach is not easy for anyone. Neither for the photography equipment (human and/or technological) nor for the model. In our country we have an eternal summer and the sun is very punishing. Right now we are in the middle of the real summer, so you can imagine!
Exposing in those circumstances in which you can't even see the liveview of your camera to check your work is a headache. Here, my hack is... I know the location, so I already know roughly what parameters to use and, of course, the histogram - trust your histogram, especially in these cases!
However, a beautiful cloud did help us out. And these photos were taken completely in natural light. This gave us the ability to be more mobile and take more open wide shots. Anyway, I love working with natural light!
