Hello #Hive photography lovers friends!... I invite you today to take a colorful walk through the streets of Montalban (Venezuela)... I took these photos while wandering the streets before sunrise. The almost always present fog also seemed to wander through the streets enjoying the silence and solitude of the early morning hours. Then that fog becomes an excellent companion “we take pictures together”... And the fact is that years of taking pictures in the streets have taught me to feel the presence of everything as a “someone” that can walk beside me while I immerse myself in the daily vision... Come too and let's walk a little bit in these streets...

Montalbán is a town seriously affected by the economic crisis and that can be seen in many of the facades of the houses and in the cracked streets, sometimes with debris... However, I go out into the streets armed with my camera and my small 50MM lens and instead of looking for places to avoid this reality, I prefer to use all this vision of decadence to evolve my photographic work around these factors... All this for me is a back and forth between photographing the near reality but at the same time trying to print my particular vision, from which I find a certain fascination in watching how a good part of this town is transformed into ruins and lost... There is something liberating even in the loss, I guess... In the meantime, I go ahead wanting to express my complex perception of the town, its joys and sorrows...

Greetings my friend, I really enjoyed the tour, I love the photographs with an atmosphere of mystery and melancholy, in Cuba we have very similar small towns. Have a nice day.

The truth is that at that hour there is almost no one on the street, only your camera and the fog accompany you. I can imagine how those streets could have been many decades ago, this situation has hit Venezuela very hard but especially the villages is more difficult.

Years ago, in the early hours, there were even cattle in the streets and vehicles loaded with oranges or tobacco going to the marketing places in Valencia or Barquisimeto... At 5:00 AM the trucks would arrive to stock the grocery stores, bring the newspapers and things like that... There was university transportation waiting for the student groups in the central square... Back then, at 5:00 AM the town were already awake and producing!... That's how hard the change has been, that now loneliness reigns in these streets until well into the morning! :(

Thanks for appeciating ansd dupporting @wilfredocav friend!
