Hello #Hive photography lovers!... I start this September sharing with you a selection of my colour street photographs. All these photos correspond to my particular vision of the things I observe in the streets of my town Montalbán (Venezuela)... As you can see, it is a selection of photos with diverse character, this is a town which in spite of being small, can offer the opportunity to make very interesting and creative photographs, this is a place where time passes slowly and leaves traces in the streets, the walls, the things and even in the animals and people. So, all of this is perceptible when you are sensitive enough... Come with me to look at my photos for you today!...

¡Hola amantes de las fotografía en #Hive!... Comienzo este Septiembre compartiendo con ustedes una selección de mis fotografías callejeras a color. Todas estas fotos se corresponden con mi visión particular de las cosas que observo en las calles de mi pueblo Montalbán (Venezuela)... Como podrán ver, es una selección de fotos de carácter diverso, este es un pueblo el cual a pesar de ser pequeño, puede ofrecer la oportunidad de hacer fotografías muy interesantes y creativas, este es un lugar en donde el tiempo pasa lentamente y deja huellas en las calles, las paredes, las cosas y hasta en los animales y personas. Entonces, todo esto es perceptible cuando se tiene la sensibilidad suficiente... ¡Vengan conmigo a mirar mis fotos de hoy para ustedes!...

I like to give names to my photos. These are not just casual names, because these correspond to what I think at the moment of taking my photos most of the time... I've lived in this town for a long time, so I know practically every corner of the urban area. The old places, like the colonial houses almost in ruins, are especially moving for me, because I knew them while they were still inhabited and not lonely and silent like now... All this leads me to think that I am getting old almost without realising it and that this town is changing at an unpredictable and contrasting pace...

Me gusta poner nombres a mis fotos. No se trata de nombres casuales, pues corresponde a lo que pienso en el momento de hacer mis fotos la mayoría de las veces... He vivido en este pueblo desde siempre, así que conozco prácticamente cada rincón del caso urbano. Los lugares viejos, como las casonas coloniales casi en ruinas, son especialmente emotivas para mi, pues las conocí aún siendo habitadas y no solitarias y silenciosas como ahora... Todo esto me lleva a pensar que me estoy haciendo viejo casi sin percatarme y que este pueblo cambia a un ritmo impredecible y contrastante...

ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.

NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografías capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape 3.6.3.
