The wedding of Shawn and Angelie was a day of joy and love that will always be remembered in their hearts as a celebration of true love. I had the privilege of capturing every priceless moment, from their fascinating pre-wedding photo shoot to the heartfelt ceremony, as the designated photographer.
The day proceeded in the midday sun with the relaxing Virgin Beach resort serving as the location. The pair was getting ready for their journey into life together with a mix of joy and anticipation. First, I captured candid images of the groom, Shawn, with his groomsmen and best man to capture their friendship and shared laughter.
Angelie, the bride, as well as her maid of honor and bridesmaids, all radiating beauty and grace in their gorgeous gowns. The soft hues of their gowns complemented the scene's vibrant surroundings and gave it an elegant feel.
The ceremony itself was a touching event that took place in a beautiful church. After the vows were exchanged, we went outside to shoot some candid and staged photos. The natural light amplified every grin, scream, and gesture. In contrast to the cathedral's magnificence and the verdant surroundings, the couple's love was clearly visible.
It was an amazing delight to document Shawn and Angelie's wedding day from beginning to end since it was the perfect fusion of classic love and contemporary beauty.
