Join me today as we walk around our garden to discover some of the visitors that visited us over the last 2 weeks. As you all know we got the first snow on 1 November alreadyā¦ it had defrosted a little bit, but this week we get about 1/2 meter more snow again. āļøš Yesterday and today it is snowing a lot šØļøšØļøšØļø I love it!

We will walk along the back of our cabin towards the veggie gardenā¦
We see a #track š¾š¾š¾ #paw #prints in the #snow. Here the snow was about 8 cm deep.
We look at the strawberry path ššš some plants are peeking š«£ through the snow āļø
As we follow the #tracks š¾š¾š¾š¾ we see it is larger than a cat š, I would say a medium large feline. Maybe the lynx again? I had not seen any evidence of it visiting our garden. Although I did discover last winter its tracks up the mountain behind our cabin in the forest. Maybe you remember that post š

Looking over the strawberry patch again. Canāt wait till spring as I have rejuvenated the 3 rows, so I hope to get lots of strawberries š next season.
Walking through the garden on 12 Novemberā¦ yesā¦ we can jump between days in this walk š
We see a large bird visited our garden.
The feline tracks from a few days ago are also still visibleā¦ the snow slowly defrosts. We have temperatures from around 8 degrees but the ground is still frosty and very cold š„¶

In the evening we see sparkles āØ everywhere along the icy drive wayā¦. The #ice š§ and snow is glisteringā¦ it was hard to capture but I managed š
On 16 November we had some new visitors. A eurasian jay found our bird feedersā¦ he is sitting on the ground to search for all the fallen nuts and sunflower seeds. š
His foot prints are not big enough for the ones I saw on the other side of the gardenā¦
The bull finches are always here. Summer or winter. I counted about 6 couples in the last weeks. So there are coming more and more š„°
This cutie is also joining his friends š last Monday
I have been busy on 18 Novemberā¦ I have put up some lights and these twinkle lights āØāØāØ are on the entrance side to dress up for the season. It also gives us a bit more light as it is already dark at 14:30h now.
We wander further and look at our tree with the bird feeders in itā¦ this was yesterday morning. Loads of little visitors š¦āā¬š¤šŖ¶ enjoying their meal. I love watching them š
So cute š they are hungry with the cold and snowy days.
Some sparrows (4) joining the bullfinches. We see 3 males and one female bullfinch.
2 other visitorsā¦.
At 1400h today it still is snowing šØļø the trees behind the cabin in our forest are getting a thick layer of snow on the branches š²š²š²āļøāļøāļø
It is such a beautiful sight š it feels like Christmas š
As you can see the snow is covering more and moreā¦ building up a good layer again. Luckily our visitors keep coming.
Love it when I can capture them in motion š¦āā¬ oh I so wish I could invest in a bigger lens for my camera to capture them close upā¦ but heyā¦ life and such gets in the way currently and for a while I guess. š«£
We walk further to the front and see how the colours change at 14:30h todayā¦ soon it will be dark.
I just measured how much snow we have today and it is about 10 cm of snow at 15:18h on 20 Novemberā¦ wooohhoooo āļø
Looking forward to more šØļøšØļøšØļø as I want to built some snowman āļø and snowanimalsā¦
