I was passing through the village, when I saw some fish drying in the yard of a house. These were the cut pieces of boal fish. Boal fish is still available in our country. It is sold by fishermen at a very high price. This fish is still available in the fishermen's nets, which are bought by the house owners and dried in the sun so that they can be eaten in other seasons. Although the taste of fresh boal fish and dried boal fish is different. Still, they want to enjoy it at other times. Now the price of boal fish is much lower than other seasons, but it is still expensive compared to other fish. Drying fish has been going on since ancient times. The excess fish from the meal is dried for later consumption and the fish is preserved in this way. I myself eat dried fish, although the taste is very different, it is still very good to eat. The villagers preserve the fish in this way and when the water in the rivers and fields dries up and there is a shortage of fish, they eat these dried fish.
