This post is a bit long and kind of all over the place - typical ADHD jumping from one topic to another creates some chaos. But whenever I get a little freedom to do something without restrictions, it makes me happy, and one of those things is definitely free-flow writing.
I've made a few changes in my daily routine, and one big one is avoiding my phone for at least the first few hours after I wake up. This has really boosted my efficiency and work rate, giving me a fresh perspective that helps me focus on what truly matters.
I won't dive into my day-to-day life too much, but finding balance is key. As a freelancer, it can feel like there's always something to do yet also nothing at all. I'm still figuring out that balance, but putting my phone away has been a huge improvement.
Anyway, work and progress aren't everything. Taking a little walk outside without my phone can be really refreshing—especially on sunny days when it recharges your energy with fresh air. Krakow isn’t the best in winter especially because of aur conditions, but it's such a beautiful city, and I'm really glad to experience it everyday.
