En esta particular tarde de abril, estaba tomando un descanso de mi sesión de estudio y, como casi todos los días, me quedé mirándola, pero en esta ocasión quedé totalmente hipnotizada por el brillo satinado y la transparencia de sus pétalos bajo el efecto de la luz que entraba por la ventana.
On this particular April afternoon, I was taking a break from my study session and, like almost every day, I kept looking at it, but this time I was totally mesmerized by the satin shine and transparency of its petals under the effect of the light coming through the window.
Parecían hechos de una delicada tela brillante, transparente (y muy pero muy suave).

Also, can you see the hairs on her leaves? It looks beautiful too. I think that what gives that shiny satin effect to the flowers are also little hairs on the petals, only much smaller and finer, like velvet.

Está muy verdecita 😌 a las hojitas les pasa lo mismo que ocurrió con sus flores, las hojas más antiguas se van poniendo de un verde más oscuro y van quedando abajo porque arriban brotan las nuevas, en verde claro brillante, en este sentido son como las iguanas 🦎. Sí, mi Azalea está color iguana 😂 Y bueno, ya no está en floración, pero sigue muy sana y alegre, lo mismo que ocurre con nosotros los humanos, que tenemos nuestras etapas.
It's very green 😌 the same thing happens to the leaves as happened to their flowers, the older leaves turn a darker green and are left below because the new ones arrive, in bright light green, in this sense they are like iguanas 🦎. Yes, my Azalea is iguana-colored 😂 And well, it is no longer in bloom, but it is still very healthy and happy, the same thing that happens with us humans, who have our stages.
