I knew that sooner or later this would happen again on the mountains.
So, I waited and when I saw the second photo, I knew that shots were on.
We have been traveling around these days, and I have shown you some of our travels. I think that we now have had three two-day travels this year and maybe we will get one more in this year. Long holidays, we cannot afford so this will have to do, but we are thankfully used to it. On our arrival, from the latest travel to Ceres, I did not get much time to go and look at my beloved mountains back home, and the one thing that I love about these mountains, is that they clouds can deliver some dreamy views on the mountains, like I will show you today.
So, come and dream with me.
This is how it all started, as I saw the thin line of cloud appear.
Now in-between the next two photos below, was when I took all the rest of the photos. Look carefully at the horizon at the bottom of the photo.
And then, by the time that I took the other photos the horizon looked like this, as the clouds completely covered the mountains.
Right, so here we go.
Four photos below of the two valleys in the mountain range.
And finally, just another lovely shot.
So many poems have been written about the mountain strength and duration, unmoved over the centuries. They stand anchored in their stoic beauty on the earth. But the mountains can also get angry sometimes, especially in big storms, and then they throw some rocks down in their fit of anger. Now isn't that the same as we are as human beings? When things are good, and the sun is shining in our lives, we also stand unmoved, but as soon as things get out of hand, we throw our toys out of the cot:)) I find succor when I am close to the mountains, and at times when I am in the mood, the mountains make an ideal place for deep meditations. It takes one away from the hassles that one has to endure in this life, and nobody can say that they have no problems. Lately, this world and life seem to deteriorate dramatically and it's not going to get better soon, not with all the wars going on, and the threat of another world war.
But such is life, and we just have to hang on.
I hope you have enjoyed the story and the pictures.
