Train Travel Part 2: The View (Before and After Edited)

in #hive-1949132 years ago

This is the second part of my last post about train travel. Now it's from a different POV: the view from the window.

Taking pictures with my cellphone from a moving train seemed easy. But the results were unlikely, most of them are lousy or motion-blurry. Not many decent photos I got. Beside, I slept on my seat more during the trip, to save my energy for work when we got there (bad reason hehe).

Anyway, there are some photos that quite okay for me, at least. But they need some touch ups. Thanks to Snapseed that makes my life easier.

In the original photo, the trees below are too dark and the sky is too bright. So I put more brightness, detail, and dramatic color effect to bring up the land contour. But it made the sky become too bright and grainy. I attempted to edit this image for several times, but this is the best that I can do.

I still have lots to learn about photography and the editing process. Especially smartphone photography. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Thanks for dropping by. Have a nice day!
