Hive everyone it's the weekend so i hope that you're all having a great weekend so far, then i spent the night thinking and practicing to paint with light it was challenging to be honest, first thing i spent 30 minutes to set a ring light with RGB led stripe above my head in primitive ways lol to add the orange effect on me, then i used the same RGB led to paint , for the portrait i used a wide open aperture f1.4 because the only source of light was that weak led so i needed that, shutter speed at 1/15 then iso 1250 that was bad actually because my sony a6000 becomes noisy at that point unfortunately that is the reason why i want to upgrade it to another newer Sony series the AF too takes a part of this. For light painting first picture at f16 shutter speed 6 seconds 100 iso the other one at f16 shutter speed 4 seconds iso 100. Then i merge all the pictures together and i correct the colours in lightroom.
Next time i will do it outside i think it will be great idea mixing between light painting and portrait, I'm satisfied with what i got this time I'm still practicing and learning about this style there's an improvement so far, using only things i have; cheap led primitive tools... That was the challenge actually and that's how to push your brain to think outside the box and create something new so go create something new and don't worry about the critics and the quality day after you'll get better till you reach masters level.
