Afternoon

We joined a First Day Hike for #wednesdaywalk.

Button Bay

After our morning walk, we joined our neighbors for a short drive to Button Bay State Park near Vergennes, Vermont.

The lake looks cold, but I bet Corabelle loved the walk!

It was about 35F with some drizzle but seemed not too bad. Last year it was super cold and windy.

A lovely first day hike… you even found some fungi. Cool…
Lovely to take the neighbours dog along.

I went into the forest today to feed the deer… and made some videos of it. Will post it soon 😁
It was freezing, -15 degrees Celsius 🥶
Now it is so cold the deer come down the mountain for food.

Thanks. It was 35F with a little drizzle so not too bad. Last year was really cold. There was a deer in our yard checking out our garden to see if anything was left when we got home 🙄
