Light painting is among my favourite photographic techniques, and the moment I found out that it is the topic of this week's contest by @qurator, I immediately went through my photos and picked two I haven't shared so far.

Even though the photos are already almost 10 years old, I still consider them worth sharing. In the first one, I wanted to create a feeling of spirituality - like a ghost surrounding these symbols.
I will start with my entry to the contest. It might look disturbing to some. Apologies if you find it too much! Note that I'm not some satanist or promoting evil or anything. I don't believe in fortune telling, either.
The wheel of fortune is depicted on one of the card in a Tarot card deck. It is engraved with the word TARO - or ROTA, depending on how you start reading them. According to the Wikipedia article, ROTA is derived from Latin, meaning a wheel.
In between the Latin letters, there are Hebrew symbols. In the inner ring, there are the four alchemical symbol - Mercury, sulphur, Aquarius, salt (or Sun maybe?) - in clockwise order starting from under the letter T.
More details about the symbolism here.
