A walk in the snow
I guess I could have saved this post for tomorrow for the Wednesday Walk, but since I already have a post prepared for that I will share these this morning.
My writing with this post may be a bit short after clearing the snow from the driveway, I felt good at the time but by the end of the day yesterday and this morning I feel my age, my back niggling a little and my right shoulder doesn't want to do anything today LOL
To give an idea of how much snow we got here is the end of our driveway

And looking down the street, it does look kind of pretty but was pretty cold out, I didn't notice it so much when clearing the snow, but while on this walk I started to feel it

Looking down another street, the city plow trucks did a great job getting out and clearing most of the roads

and I took a short stroll into the cemetery, pretty short as in spots the snow was well over my knees, and I was starting to feel the cold
A few friends and family warned about the dangers of shoveling snow for the heart, kind of made me feel old, or perhaps feel my age, so kind of funny I choose after shovelling to walk through a cemetery, but thats mainly because it is close to home

I walked a little around the cemetery
and then headed home to warm up, a shot in the backyard
and to show the snow drifts against the fence and house from another perspective
