Fort Phoenix is more than the Cannons and Hurricane barrier
I have shared a few posts in Fort Phoenix State Park, in Fairhaven before, but I have generally focused on the remnants of the fort or sunsets from there, but the park, although one of the smaller State parks in MA has a lot more to offer,
Such as a nice beach which I shall start this post with

But it also has a basketball court, and I am pretty sure tennis courts, but I do not seem to have taken any photos of the Tennis courts

to get to this nice big open field there was a Dad and his son throwing frisbee's in the field the afternoon I was there.
Yes this was one of my rare during the day walks, most of my walks are early morning
