Heritage State Park

Good Morning I hope all is well with you
I’m finally home after three weeks in hospital doing OK but have to be very cautious what I eat and In very small portions My energy levels are not what they used to be, but that’s to be expected and will build back up. Thanks for everybody for the kind support well wishes, and prayers.

Will not be posting much still no photo walks yet and have to avoid stairs so can’t even get into my PC upstairs

Today I will share a few shots from a visit to Heritage State Park in Fall river last year, starting with a shot showing the Braga bridge

The Charles M. Braga Jr. Memorial Bridge, also known as the Braga Bridge, or simply, The Braga, is a through truss bridge that carries Interstate 195 over the Taunton River between the town of Somerset and the city of Fall River, near the mouth of the Quequechan River at the confluence with Mount Hope Bay. At just over a mile long, The Braga Bridge spans 1.25 miles (2.01 km) and is one of the longest bridges in Massachusetts. Opened to traffic on April 15, 1966

Fall River Heritage State Park is a history-themed public recreation area on the Taunton River in Fall River, Massachusetts. The state park encompasses 14 acres beside the Charles M. Braga Jr. Memorial Bridge on Battleship Cove, home of the World War II battleship USS Massachusetts

her eis a shot of the ships in Battleship Cove Which I still have not visited, maybe this year I will make it there trouble is I mostly got out for my walks inthe early morning and of course it snot open then

this building hosts a carousel, again something I havent seen as it has not bene open when I visited there but its in a cool style building
