Jones Beach as the sun rises
We have had a cool week so I haven't been out for any photo walks, but luckily I do have a good library of photos in Lightroom I had not got around to sharing that I took over the warmer months, and those I am visiting today looking back at a morning walk I did on Jones Beach in Dartmouth MA.
In most of my posts I generally share around 5 photos, I decided to share all the shots I had edited of this visit to Jones Park and Beach back in August last year, and not putting the best first or anything like that just sharing them in the order I took them
I got to the beach pretty early that morning and it was still fairly dark, but with a nice glow on the horizon

This part of the beach is very sandy and I understand on a summers day it is very popular, me not being a big fan of crowded spots I will most likely only visit there early morning when I can enjoy it by myself in peace and quiet

But at the end of the Sandy beach there is this area with some greenery

even though its hard to see as the sandy beach is dark, this perspective gives a good idea of the size of the beach area

Jones Beach is in Jones park which has a large green area shown in the next photo, also has a area for picnics and a children's playground

The Picnic area is off to the right as I walk back from my Car down to the beach, I think I must have bene taking some light trail or timelapse with my gopro that morning and probably had dropped it off with the small tripod in the car as it got more light and I finished with it

now that its a bit more light you can see the Sandy beach better in this shot

I them strolled off past this warning sign to another beach

This next beach is very rocky as you can see, and I am not sure if it is park of Jones Park or a private beach

I mentioned at the start I have plenty of photos in my 2021 catalogue on Lightroom that I have not shared and in some cases well quite a few cases nor edited yet, and I remember someone asked me once how many photos I take per month or per year, well of course it varies from month to month, but in my 2021 catalogue I have over 9200 photos, which is more than most previous years and surprising to me as from January through to April I took hardly any photos last year.
And that’s all folks
unless stated otherwise all photos used in my posts are taken and owned by myself, if you wish to use any of my images please contact me.
