Mono Monday last one to close out the year
Good Morning i hope all is well with you
well as it is New Years Eve Eve this makes this my last Mono post for the year, I think apart from when I was on a forced break from posting on here for a bit in the middle of this year I have posted Mono shots every monday this year and I plan to do the same next year all be it hopefully without a break.
To Mark the end of the year approachign I decided to share some shots of some of the spots I visited most this year.
but before gettign intot he photos I was wondering
Do you make New Years resolutions?
I used to and far to often break them, but a few years back, well maybe 10 years back now I made one that have stuck to 100%
and what was it you may wonder
Simply never to make a New Years resolution again, and i have stuck to that.
For me I broke to many, and used New Years as an excuse to put off making some changes, maybe its just me getting older and more sensible, instead of waiting for new years to make a resolution or a change if I come to realise i need to change something, whete to do less or more of somehting, why put it off do it while its in your mind and your set to do it.

another thought on New Years
Do you stay up till the clock clicks over tot he new Year and celebrate in the New Year?
We used to whether out with friends or at home watching the year end shows having a toast as the New Year started, but these days we just treat it as any other day and head off to bed at our normal time.
Did love watching the ball drop in Times Square NYC on TV, and one year i even decided to head intot he city and experience it in person.
What a joke that was I hate crowds so Times Square on New Years is not the place for me, I rode the subway to Grand Central, walked out onto the street, walked maybe half a block in the crowds and just could not handle it and got right out of the city
This next shot is on the BEach at Fort Tabor, I had a brain fade while taking a long exposure and moved the camera but quite like the end result
