New Bedford Harbor Walk
Good Morning all and have a wonderful day
Today I am heading into a Hospital for a Cardiac catherization to see how the blood flow is in and out of my heart, hopefully nothing significant is found and they do not need to do anything and I will be back home this afternoon, but if they do need to do anything such a a stent I may be kept in for a day or so
Wish me luck
For today I am going to share a few shots of one of my favorite places I walk here in New Bedford, and yet perhaps one of the places I walk and take less photos than anywhere else.
Now that may sound strange so let me explain, I often park near this walk way on top of the hurricane barrier wall, and take photos where I park and beside the wall, and sometimes go up on the wall for a few shots, but I do most of my walking on ther walk way after the sun has risen and for the most part i have finished taking photos, taken the camera off the tripod and dropped the tripod in the car, then go and walk back and forth along the walkway to get as many steps in as I want for the day.
But as I said I do take some photos up onthe wealkway and am sharing a few from walks on different days last year
Starting with this shot mid way along the walk way, the funky look to the clouds comes from them moving during a longer exposure

the last photo was a 5 second exposure, this next one is an exposure of 1/5th of a second and you will not the difference with the clouds a lot clearer
