Starry starry night
OK right off I will admit the title is wrong, but I think it sounds better than starry starry morning lOL
In a post i saw recently some shared a photo of some stars and mentioned a Qurator challenge, now I am one who doesnt like joining contests for some reason, I really am not sure why. nut it did inspire me to go out a bit earlier fora couple of times and try and get some photos of stars, with the end goal being to catch some star trails
Starting one morning in Fort Taber Park here in New Bedford, some hint of the coming sunrise on the horizon and plenty of stars in the sky

Actually I will correct myself again, I havent actually been heading out earlier than I was, just the days are getting shorter, and if i head out when I wake up at 4AM its a couple of hours before the sun rises, kind of frustrating for me, I will adjust my schedule perhaps now that I think about it and before heading up head up to my computer and edit a few photos and maybe prepare photos before heading out for my morning walk
here is another shot from the same morning,

now I did mention I wanted to try and catch some star trails, this was on the same morning, I tried a few shots over maybe a 15 minute period just to see how the settings were
now at impressive star trail shot but this was just a test run.

and here is another attempt i took at star trails, I was at the park a little after 4AM
set the camera up on my tripod and set it to take a 30 Second shot, and then keep taking the same for a little over an hour
so I ended up with over 100 Photos which I merged together in a free program called Star stax and this is the end result after some editing
