Sublime and Beautiful Sunday
This post is for #SublimeSunday is inspired by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday is initiated by @ace108.
This post was inspired after on a recent post I shared a shot of some sea gull foot prints in the sand and a couple of people commented about it would have bene nice to get a photo of a seagull.
When I am out trying to get shots of birds I mostly am looking for other birds, Osprey, Herons, Hawks etc etc and I generally ignore the seagulls as there are so many of them, but I do now and again catch shots of seagulls so I picked a few to share in this post.
Starting on this one posing in nice light on the beach, what I like about this one is the funky reflections on the wet sand

Same gull as the first shot I walked up a bit closer to it fully expecting it to fly away but it stayed there quite happily but keeping an eye on me.

And another on in flight, these shots were all taken with my sony 24-240 Lens, since I have bought the bigger birding lens I have bene out taking photos of birds, I have been focusing more on other birds and haven't taken many if any shots of seagulls, perhaps I should do something about that, the couple of times I have done walks by the water of recent the only birds I have seen are seagulls and ducks plus I didnt have my longer lens with me, maybe next nice day I will take out my bigger lenses.
