I like experimenting with photography, using different techniques and producing varied images.
ICM (intentional camera movement) is a technique that combines intentional camera movement with slow shooting speed.
This way we can obtain images that look like impressionist or abstract paintings.
I tend to use speeds lower than 1/40 sec, depending on the intensity of the light.
I have noticed that the results improve when I shoot with the camera already in motion, so the image is more fluid.
I also take into account the subject's main lines and make the movement in accordance with them. For example, if I'm photographing a landscape with an horizon, the movement will be horizontal. If in this case I am photographing trees or buildings, the movement will be vertical.
This is not a rule, the advantage is the freedom of experimentation.

Gosto de experimentar com a fotografia, usar diferentes técnicas e produzir imagens variadas.
ICM (intentional camera movement) é uma técnica que combina o movimento intencional da câmera com a baixa velocidade de disparo.
Desta maneira podemos obter imagens que parecem pinturas impressionistas ou abstratas.
Costumo usar velocidades menores a 1/40 sec, dependendo da intensidade da luz.
Tenho percebido que o resultado melhora quando efetuo o disparo com a camera ja em movimento, assim a imagem é mais fluida.
Também levo em conta as linhas principais do sujeito e fazerr o movimento em concordância com elas. Por exemplo, se estou fotografando uma paisagem com horizonte, o movimento será horizontal. Se no caso estou fotografando árvores ou prédios o movimento será vertical.
Isto não é uma regra, a vantagem está na liberdade de experimentação.
As fotos de hoje foram feitas na praia da Barra da Ferrugem.
