Another month has gone by since my last post and I'm now at 3 months of playing, so as in previous months I'm taking the opportunity to take stock! 😀
Rising Star continues to be the only game on Hive where I'm really active for the moment; I have an account on dCity, but I just have a little house there that generates a very minimal income, but I still have to understand how everything else works so it's just a passive game waiting for better times to understand dynamics and investments to make! I also have an account created on dCrops which is still to be experimented and discovered, I registered to give myself an extra push to start in view of a next season, we'll see if I'll succeed.
But back to Rising Star and let's find out how I've been doing in these weeks when I know I've been playing a lot less than usual and with an unsteady pace!
From the Gig Circuit with love!
No! I haven't decided to become a Buskeria secret agent, but I simply enjoy mispronouncing titles and taking cues!
The beginning of the new year marked a very erratic period for me, so I played as much as I could without a real attack strategy.
In small steps I have conquered a little bit of what I set out to do (we will see it in detail towards the end of the post) which leads me now to decide how to approach my future moves, I have a little nest egg that, after a period of indecision of a few weeks, I have chosen to use for the special mission of Valentine's Day! I know that many of you snub this type of mission because it is not profitable, but I am very curious and seeing that the price of the card dropped today I decided to buy it today for the sum of 14000 Starbits, this will involve a further slowdown for a few days in working on the main objectives and going forward in the growth but it allowed me to increase skills and fans in parallel without further affecting the ego, just enough to unlock the mission Record a Demo as soon as I reach level 40.
At the moment I'm wandering in the Local Gig Circuit area with the first three missions available that I combine together as I can, depending on the time and energy available. I try to take advantage of the pizza slices as much as possible, both the cold one that regenerates and the one in the carton as I can store one.

In the previous post I tried to ask for advice on how to manage pizzas and at the moment I have arrived at this strategy:
- do a Shopping Mall mission from 80% energy, duration 30 minutes, recharge 6 energy while doing it;
- do one or two Radio Interview missions with 15% energy that last 5 minutes,
- finally, use the pizza in the carton or regenerated.
What about you? How do you eat your slices of pizza? Are you heedless of the energy stored? Do you try to make the most of it?
🎵Note for new players:
*At first you'll be fascinated by the pizza box, at least up to level 10, because you'll see so many pizza slices fading away under your teeth; but after that I highly recommend investing your Starbits in a Cold Slice Pizza that regenerates every 24 hours.
The random cold pizza slices at the end of missions seem to me to become less frequent as you progress through the higher level of missions in the area you're in. I don't have any data in hand to support this theory, but it's a pure feeling.
The things that have been necessary over the past few weeks have been:
- keeping the ego at bay by doing the music lessons.
- remembering to start the mission and having to revise after a while!

Improved in Ranking compared to the past days, but definitely worse than a month ago, which is to be expected given the reduced time I've dedicated to the game.
Starbits
- The main source of income is still the quests, of course, because otherwise what's the point of playing?
- The contests I take part in generate a sudden income which sometimes allows me to spend a little more on entertainment, this month I made about 10000 Starbits.
- I have increased my investment in Record Staking by about 6000 Starbits to a total of 20,000 from which I have earned back 395 (355 more in one month).
For the moment I'm tending to invest 1000 starbits on the most recent songs, but I know that if I want to make a serious investment, I have to increase the amount invested per song, slowly I will do it! - A new way of earning money that is still to be understood is Music promotion, for the moment I've only invested 1000 Starbits, which have already become 118, after betting 125 on something that I don't remember what it was, I got 0.03 Starpro, I'm waiting to understand more before trying my hand in this field!
Ego
This month has seen an increase of the Ego, mainly due to the cards that I got out of the Pack I bought, the maximum level I reached is 7% and as I could I took advantage of the lessons to lower it a bit, reaching even a minimum of 2%, I kept pretty much in my goal to stay under 10%, a little less in the one around 0%.
As a strategy for this month I preferred to run lessons instead of buying cards that I would have chosen anyway with fewer fans than skills.
Cards
My collection of cards is rather slow, because I'm dedicating less time to the game and so I added only those won in some giveaway, I tried to buy a pack of 3 more for whim and curiosity than for anything else, and the last things I decided to buy are a Cold slice pizza and the S31 Juliet valentine card.
As mentioned before with the Juliet I have secured the possibility to do the mission that Record a Demo that will unlock at level 40.

I started from level 29 and now I'm at 38, despite the calm I've grown 8 levels, not bad I'd say, but below my goals, so a little something to recover!
Here's what I set out to do:
- buy a 3 card pack of 10000 Starbits ✅
keep my ego at around 0%, at most under 10% ✅ * complete at least one Shopping Mall mission - complete at least one Shopping Mall and Record a Demo mission ✅ ❌

Next goals
Now let's see what to plan for next month, which is always difficult for me, but I always try! (time and I are not always very good friends).

- reach level 45

Un altro mese è passato dal mio ultimo post e sono a 3 mesi di gioco all'attivo, come nei mesi precedenti approfitto per fare il punto della situazione! 😀
Rising Star continua ad essere l'unico gioco su Hive in cui sono davvero attiva per il momento; ho un account su dCity, ma ho giusto una casetta lì che genera un minimissimo introito, ma devo ancora capire come funziona tutto il resto per cui è un gioco solo passivo in attesa di tempi migliori per capire dinamiche ed investimenti da fare! Ho inoltre un account creato su dCrops che è ancora tutto da sperimentare e scoprire, mi sono registrata per darmi uno spunto in più ad iniziare in vista di una prossima stagione, vedremo se ce la farò.
Ma torniamo a Rising Star e scopriamo insieme come me la sono cavata in queste settimane in cui so di aver giocato molto meno del solito e con andamento incostante!

No! non ho deciso di diventare un agente segreto di Buskeria, ma semplicemente mi diverto a storpiare titoli e prendere spunto!
L'inizo del nuovo anno ha segnato un periodo molto incostante per me, per cui ho giocato come potevo, senza una vera strategia d'attacco.
A piccoli passi ho conquistato qualcosina di quello prefissato (lo vedremo poi nel dettaglio verso la fine del post) il che mi porta ora a decidere come affrontare le mie mosse future, ho un gruzzoletto da parte che, dopo un periodo di indecisione di qualche settimana, ho scelto di sfruttare per la missione speciale di San valentino! So che molti di voi snobbano questo tipo di missioni perché non redditizie, ma sono molto curiosa e vedendo che il prezzo della carta scendeva oggi ho deciso di acquistarla oggi per la cifra di 14000 Starbits, questo comporterà un ulteriore rallentamento per qualche giorno nel lavorare sugli obiettivi principali ed andare avanti nella crescita ma mi ha permesso di aumentare skills e fans parallelamente senza intaccare ulteriormente l'ego, quel tanto che mi necessita per sbloccare la missione Record a Demo appena raggiungerò il livello 40.
Al momento mi trovo a vagare nella zona Local Gig Circuit con disponibili le prime tre missioni che combino tra loro come posso, a seconda del tempo e dell'energia disponibile. Cerco di sfruttare per quanto possibile le fette di pizza, sia quella fredda che si rigenera che quella nel cartone come ne posso conservare una.

Nel precedente post avevo provato a chiedere consigli su come gestire le pizze e al momento sono arrivata a questa strategia:
- fare una missione Shopping Mall da 80% di energia, durata 30 minuti, ricarica 6 energia nel mentre che si svolge;
- fare una o due missioni Radio Interview da 15% di energia, durata 5 minuti, ricarica 1 energia mentre si svolge;
- usare infine la pizza nel cartone o rigenerata.
Voi? come mangiate le vostre fette di pizza? siete incuranti dell'energia accumulata? cercate di sfruttarla al massimo?
🎵Nota per i nuovi giocatori:
*In un primo momento sarete affascinati dal cartone della pizza, almeno fino al livello 10, perché vedrete sfumare tante fette di pizza sotto i vostri denti; ma successivamente vi consiglio vivamente di investire i vostri Starbits in una Cold Slice Pizza che si rigenera ogni 24 ore.
Le fette di pizza fredde casuali a fine missioni mi pare che diventino meno frequenti nel progredire con il livello più alto delle missioni nella zona in cui vi trovate. Non ho dati alla mano che supportino questa teoria, ma è una pura sensazione.
Le cose che si sono rese necessarie in queste settimane sono state:
- tenere a bada l'ego svolgendo le lezioni di musica.
- ricordarsi di aver avviato la missione e di dover ripassare dopo tot tempo!

Migliorata nel Ranking rispetto ai giorni passati, ma decisamente peggiorata rispetto ad un mese fa, cosa prevedibile visto il tempo ridotto che ho dedicato al gioco.
Starbits
- Primaria fonte di guadagno restano le missioni, sia chiaro, anche perché sennò che gioco a fare?
- I contest a cui partecipo generano un'entrata improvvisa che a volte mi consente di spendere qualcosa in più in divertimenti, in questo mese ho ricavato circa 10000 Starbits.
- Ho incrementato il mio investimento nei Record Staking di circa 6000 Starbits portandolo ad un totale di 20.000 da cui ne ho riguadagnati 395 (355 in più in un mese).
Per il momento tendo ad investire 1000 starbits sulle canzoni più recenti, ma so che se voglio rendere l'investimento serio, devo aumentare le somme investite per singola canzone, piano piano lo farò! - Nuova forma di guadagno ancora tutta da capire sono le Music promotion, per il momento ci ho investito solo 1000 Starbits, che sono diventati già 118, dopo aver scommesso 125 su qualcosa che ora neanche ricordo cosa fosse, ne ho ricavato 0,03 Starpro, aspetto di capirne qualcosa in più prima di cimentarmi a dovere in questo campo!
Ego
Questo mese ha visto un innalzamento dell'Ego dovuto soprattutto alle carte che mi sono uscite dal Pack acquistato, il livello massimo a cui sono arrivata è del 7% e come ho potuto infatti ho sfruttato le lezioni per abbassarlo un po' arrivando anche ad un minimo di 2%, mi sono mantenuta abbastanza nel mio obiettivo di restare sotto il 10% un po' meno in quello intorno allo 0%.
Come strategia per questo mese ho preferito eseguire delle lezioni invece che acquistare carte che avrei scelto comunque con un numero di fan minore rispetto alle skills.
Carte
La mia raccolta di carte è piuttosto rallentata, perché sto dedicando meno tempo al gioco e quindi ho aggiunto solo quelle vinte in alcuni giveaway, ho tentato l'acquisto di un pack da 3 più per sfizio e curiosità che per altro, e le ultime cose ho deciso di acquistare sono una Cold slice pizza e la carta di San valentino S31 Juliet.
Come detto prima con la Juliet mi sono assicurata la possibilità di fare la missione che Record a Demo che si sbloccherà al livello 40.

Obiettivi prefissati
Arriviamo finalmente a vedere a che punto sono arrivata con i miei obiettivi
Partivo dal livello 29 ed ora sono al 38, nonostante la calma sono cresciuta di 8 livelli, non male direi, ma al di sotto degli obiettivi prefissati, quindi qualcosina da recuperare!
Ecco cosa avevo prefissato:
- acquistare un pacchetto di 3 carte da 10000 Starbits ✅
- mantenere l'ego ad un valore intorno allo 0%, al massimo sotto il 10% ✅
- completare almeno una missione di Shopping Mall e di Record a Demo ✅ ❌
- completare 500 missioni entro due settimane ✅
- completare 600 missioni entro fine mese ✅
- raggiungere il livello 40 ❌
- raggiungere i 900 fans ✅
Prossimi obiettivi
Vediamo ora cosa mettere in programma per il prossimo mese, cosa che mi resta sempre difficile, ma ci provo sempre! (io e la scansione del tempo non sempre siamo molto amici)
Entro la fine del mese vorrei poter fare queste cose:
- mantenere l'ego ad un valore intorno allo 0%, al massimo sotto il 10%
- completare almeno una missione di Record a Demo e di Acoustic Tent
- completare 700 missioni entro un mese
- raggiungere il livello 45
- raggiungere i 1000 fans
- capire come funzionano le Music Promoter
