Goodluck with the electricity grid over there. If I had the money in Puerto Rico, I would buy solar panels and secure the F out of them for the hurricanes. Puerto Rico's electricity costs are higher than most states on the mainland US, and its significantly less reliable.
Oh the unreliability of LUMA is notorious. I already have a back-up generator.. I'm going to look into solar eventually

I'm thinking of adding a pump in my own home. There is water, but the pressure is shit sometimes.
