Well, when all other problems are solved, you can start worrying about this issue. 🤷♂️ These countries have a questionable "anti-narcotics reputation," so their success at the UN is doubtful.
Meanwhile, the US has directly accused the Mexican authorities of intentional inaction regarding drug cartels that have caused a fentanyl epidemic in America. The mortality rate from this drug in the US today surpasses that of firearms and accidents.
