2022 Growing Season Update

Hello everyone,

After a few days here, these "mysterious" seedlings are really starting to take off. They are already measuring with approximately 1 inch of growth while achieving healthy, thick looking stalks.

I chose to start these off in an ice cube tray... Just because it was convenient... not the best though as it has no drainage and if I am not careful I could over water fairly easily.

Currently also have the lights set to 18 hours, although by the looks of it, 20 hours with these LED lights this early on might be a better idea.

I'll take some pictures of the lights next time, perhaps if I can remember.

Tomorrow I will start germinating the next batch of seeds and maybe make some time getting the outside area prepared if the ground is thawed enough.

I will also have to take a picture of the soil later. It is nothing special, just store bought soil.

Here you can see the soil with a pretty shell casing.

I haven't added anything yet, and have no teas prepared or any chemicals mixed up. I am assuming the store bought soil has enough fertilizers that I won't have to think about it for a while… And in fact, I may never need to worry about it since they are going outside as soon as possible on ground that has been fertilized all last year by a couple bunny rabbits.

Well I am super excited so far this year with these immediate satisfying results.
I'll be sure to keep you guys updated as best I can in the busy season coming up.

Until next time!
I look forward to also seeing to enjoy other grows, set-ups and techniques for the start of our growing season here with everyone here at the Weedcash Network!

Could not ask for any happier seedlings then those :)

no doubt, looking to transplant them into something larger soon

Loving small plants growing up!
I recently created an article about hemp for contructions and in the next days another one will come out about nutritional properties of hemp.
