To be honest, I have always loved Omawumi's song because of the magic in her voice and her powerful lyrics. Aparently, she has done so well for herself in the Nigerian music industry and currently, she is one of the judges in the ongoing Nigeria idol. I believe this is enough to tell you how good a singer she is right? So join me as I explore three of her most powerful tunes that I just can't stop listening to.

The first song we will be looking at is the song titled "If You Ask Me". Guys, this song is a powerful one that tackles pressing social issues with honesty and depth.

I love the fact that through this song, Omawumi was able to offer hope and inspiration to everyone out there as she did so well to use the song as a tool for advocacy and empowerment, shedding light on important societal issues that was affecting the country.

The second song we will be looking at today is titled Bottom Belle featuring Flavour. Trust me guys, this song is one of the best around. It is an Afrobeat song that has an element of highlife and traditional Nigerian music. It is a song that celebrates African beauty and culture.

Omawumi's vocals was merged with Flavour's powerful energy to create a dynamic synergy that makes this song irresistible. Guys, this is a song every one needs to listen to as it has all the sauce needed to make you dance your sorrows away.

Megbele is our third and final song for today. I think Omawumi sang this as an appreciation of her journey so far in the music industry. Music took her higher than she could ever imagine and she acknowledges the fact that it isn't by her power.

Basically, the lyrics of this song pay homage to wisdom, love and guidance and it has a way of evoking this feeling of nostalgia and gratitude.
