Btcoin promoted in Russia - Right in Tula

I was surprised to see Bitcoin promoted in Russia.

I'm moving to Moscow and we stopped in a city called Tula.

And right here in the middle of nowhere bitcoin is promoted.

It's a really nice surprise despite of all what's going on.

Part of the reason for this is that the Russian government has been promoting the use of cryptocurrencies as a way to circumvent international sanctions. Another reason is that many Russians believe that Bitcoin is a safe investment, given the current instability of the Russian economy.
