Los que han venido siguiendo mis historias se recordarán que en mi trabajo son muy pero muy irresponsables a la hora de hacer los pagos de los sueldos. Siempre se tardan hasta casi 3 meses en pagarnos y eso es una angustia para mí, pues no tengo más ingresos ya que yo cobro MENSUALMENTE y a parte de eso, debo dar una parte de mi sueldo de cada mes para una especie de caja de ahorros, donde cada una de nosotras damos un porcentaje del sueldo y así tener dinero para realizar algunas actividades y gastos que se nos presenten al momento de alguna emergencia u organización de alguna actividad en escuelas o en la comunidad.
Those who have been following my stories will remember that in my work they are very, very irresponsible when making salary payments. They always take up to almost 3 months to pay us and that is an anguish for me, because I have no more income since I get paid MONTHLY and apart from that, I have to give a part of my salary each month to a kind of savings account, where each of us give a percentage of the salary and thus have money to carry out some activities and expenses that arise at the time of an emergency or organization of an activity in schools or in the community.
Al principio tenía un conflicto con respecto a ello… pero me di cuenta que nos hemos ayudado así para que el proyecto laboral avance, lo que no me parece justo es que cuando una de nosotras esta en estado de emergencia monetaria, se nos limite y si pedimos de aquella caja de ahorros después debemos reponer el dinero ¡QUE UNO MISMO APORTO! Deberían exonerarnos eso ya que si no fuera por nuestro sueldo no existiera esa caja de ahorro, ya que al momento de cobrar, ya estamos llenas de deudas y el dinero, prácticamente desaparece.
At first I had a conflict about it... but I realized that we have helped each other in this way so that the work project advances, what does not seem fair to me is that when one of us is in a state of monetary emergency, we are limited and if we ask from that savings bank later we must replenish the money THAT ONE HIMSELF CONTRIBUTED! They should exempt us from that because if it weren't for our salary, that savings account wouldn't exist, since when we collect, we are already full of debts and the money practically disappears.
Sólo quisiera que se nos pagara a tiempo, cada uno de nosotros tenemos una realidad y necesidad diferente y eso no lo ven nuestros jefes quienes nos piden que trabajemos según el contrato, pero ellos no están cumpliendo a la fecha de los pagos.
I just wish we were paid on time, each one of us has a different reality and need and our bosses don't see that, they ask us to work according to the contract, but they are not complying with the payment date.
Hoy en día estoy esperando desde SEPTIEMBRE que se reanude el próximo contrato el cual ya fue aceptado por los jefes y sólo estamos esperando la firma para comenzar a cobrar… pero desde septiembre estamos trabajando y esperando que eso pase. Ya se me agotaron los planes para tratar de sobrevivir sin sueldo hasta el día del pago… Es sin duda estresante y angustioso vivir así y no dejo el empleo porque en serio el sueldo vale la pena, para nadie es un secreto que la situación de mi país (Venezuela) está difícil y a veces uno por conservar un buen sueldo, aguanta cosas. Pero pienso sólo estar un año más de contrato, reunir y así buscar algo donde si paguen a tiempo.
Today I have been waiting since SEPTEMBER for the next contract to be resumed, which has already been accepted by the bosses and we are only waiting for the signature to begin charging... but since September we have been working and waiting for that to happen. I have already run out of plans to try to survive without a salary until payday... It is undoubtedly stressful and distressing to live like this and I do not leave my job because seriously the salary is worth it, it is no secret to anyone that the situation of my country (Venezuela) is difficult and sometimes one to maintain a good salary, puts up with things. But I think only to be one more year of the contract, gather and thus find something where they do pay on time.
