É incrível imaginar que estamos sofrendo um atentado à nossa liberdade de expressão, como o que estamos passando aqui no Brasil. Um juiz maluco que quer a todo momento censurar e calar a boca de milhões de brasileiros, estes claros que pensam diferente dele. Acho que esse tipo de cargo e a pessoa que fica nele deveriam ter alguma forma de ser derrubado em casos assim, de simplesmente fazer o que quiser e aprovar o que bem entender, e o resto que se foda.
Aqui é a comunidade perfeita para poder falar isso, colocar para fora toda a minha indignação, afinal, a Hive é sinônimo de liberdade, de poder compartilhar o que pensamos, mesmo que seja alguma besteira, mesmo que a gente fale que o sol é azul e a terra é plana, cada um pensa o que bem entende, defende o seu ponto de vista e pronto. Posso não concordar, posso dizer que é besteira, que você está equivocado, mas, mesmo assim, ainda defendo o seu direito de se expressar.
O X caiu na virada de ontem para hoje, mas por algum motivo, talvez a minha provedora de internet não sei, ainda consigo acessar o mesmo, mas alguns amigos já não conseguem acessar o X e por isso, estou aqui, tentando entender e digerir toda essa insanidade. Elon Musk se recusou a censurar, bloquear, ou seja, lá o que for, alguns perfis indicados pelo STF e o juiz ditatorial Alexandre de Morais. Elon não quis fazer isso, ao entender que isso tudo era estranho, feria a liberdade de expressão, mesmo que esses perfis estivessem compartilhando algo fora do comum.
UnsplashAcredito que a liberdade de expressão é justamente isso, poder falar ou escrever o que você pensa, da forma como você vê as coisas e isso claro pode ser descordado por alguém, é natural cada pessoa ter a sua recepção em relação a qualquer informação que consome, mas, não podemos calar a boca dessas pessoas só por pensar diferente. Tudo isso soa muito estranho, quando parece que a maioria dos perfis que eram para cair é apenas de um lado. Tudo isso parece ser mais perseguição do que o ato da justiça brasileira propriamente dito.
Sem contar a maluquice de mandar retirar todos os aplicativos de VPN das suas respectivas lojas sob ameaça de multa de 50 mil reais ($8,911.94) para qualquer usuário, seja uma pessoa normal ou uma empresa, por exemplo, para dizer que ele que manda e que nós não acessamos o que ele quer que não tenhamos o acesso. Uma loucura, como um rei que dita uma lei para “não faça isso ou você será decapitado”, como nos tempos antigos, acho que regredimos.
Não sei nem o que pensar, como isso tudo está acontecendo, como chegamos a esse ponto? Que merda é essa que estão fazendo com o meu Brasil? É incalculável como será a insegurança jurídica disso tudo, as empresas vão fugir do Brasil, ninguém investirá em um país assim, onde as leis existem apenas para alguns e, mesmo que um ou outro esteja errado, nada acontece. Um juiz que não foi eleito pelo povo faz o que bem entende, e mesmo assim, os inertes, fundidos com o sistema, estão loucos acusando Elon Musk de ser o monstro.
Dos tempos do filme Matrix (lá em 1999), existe a frase que agora faz mais sentido do que nunca: “Algumas pessoas estão tão inertes ao sistema, que mesmo que ele cause mal a elas, essas pessoas farão de tudo para defendê-lo”. Isso assusta, mas é o que tem acontecido por estas terras.
