Take Charge of your life as a Manager

Every human has set goals they want to achieve and height they want to attain in life. It is very important to live our lives as if we are in charge of a management position. One thing, I have observed is that some people just exist and not live their respective lives. They basically look for what can be wrong instead of just being themselves. This is because they live to please others rather than to satisfy themselves and be fulfilled. I have seen individual who failed at their business and, historically did wonderfully as managers to other people businesses. Consequently, in order to live an accomplishing life let's treat our life as if we are managers. And managers must have the following.

1] Plan: This is the foundation of all. The popular saying that "If you fail to plan then you plan to fail" is very vital now and always. One has to set achievable goals with proper time frame and set plans to achieve them by taking one step at a time. One has to plan strategically knowing weaknesses (Hindrances) and working towards turning them into strength. Try as much as possible to know things or people that stands as threats. These are time wasting things or persons who won't lead us to the part of success and do away with them or avoid them by all means possible.

2] Organise: A disorganised society is a chaotic society, a disorganised company is one that is next to bankruptcy and a total breakdown so it is for every human as well. To be a successful manager one has to be organised. Being organised is what will make the plan set out to work. For instance RDBMS ( Relational Database Management System), it is easy for each query to execute because of the relational attributes each object possess. That is top organisation. Once plan is made the next is to get the necessary resources in organised manner in the form of availability and importance. Harmonising the mind, body to fit the plan layer out.

3] Execute: After making a plan, organising the resources to achieve the plan, the next thing is to go into action. It is a different thing to plan, a different thing organised and completely different thing to execute. A philosopher once said "If given six hours to cut a big tree he will use five hours in sharpening his tools". Once the tools are sharpened to cut the tree becomes and enjoyable. Once plan is in place and we'll organised, execution becomes a realistic happenings.
