Sunday Funday In Pakistan: Exploring Pakki Shah Mardan Bazar With Children and friend

Hello to my #marketfriday community. Welcome to another blog. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well. In today's blog, I am going to share with you my recent visit to a weekly fair, which is held every Sunday in a nearby town.

Last Sunday I visited a fair with my son Muhammad Hussain Javed Khan, my daughter Javeria Javed Khan, and my friend Imran Khan. I got up a bit late in the morning, had my breakfast 🥞, and contacted my friend Imran Khan. He was also ready and I joined me. We departed towards the Pakki Shah Mardan fair.

Pakii Shah Mardan is a town located on the north side of the district of Miamwali. It is about 15 km away from my residence. First, we went to Iskandrabad, a nearby town, to have a haircut. After that, we reached there at about 12:30 pm.

There was a great hustle and bustle. The people were in numbers visiting the fair. They were busy shopping. Different kinds of stalls were there. First, I visited a bag stall. My daughter was asking for a school bag. She was insisting on it. So I bought a school bag for her. The price of the bag was 450 PKR. It is the cheapest fair in my area. That's why people visit the bazaar in numbers.

Then we visited the shoe 👠 👟 stall. The Pathans are very famous for selling cheap shoes. My friend Imran Khan decided to buy a pair of joggers for him. The cost of the joggers was nine hundred PKR. I was amazed to hear the prices of the shoes.

My doll Javeria Javed Khan and my son Muhammad Hussain Javed Khan were enjoying a lot. We took a selfie with them. Here you can see them.

After that, we visited the Nimko stall. The taste of crunchy nimko was outstanding. Then we visited a dry fruit shop. My daughter was asking for almonds and some other dry fruits.

Then we visited the famous sweet dish of my area Kalabagh wala Halwa. It is a traditional dish of Miamwali. The people eat this dish at wedding ceremonies and fairs. A boy was selling sweet Halwa.

Then we visited a fruit stall. The bananas 🍌, grapes, pomegranates, guavas, and oranges were looking very fresh. People were buying the fruits. We also bought some fruits for my children. My daughter is very fond of guava. We bought some guavas and enjoyed it. We also bought some grapes 🍇.

After enjoying different kinds of fruits we headed towards the vegetables 🍆 stalls. Believe me, vegetables were much cheaper than the market rates. The people were buying vegetables, and there was a great rush of people at the vegetable stalls.

We enjoyed it a lot. We had lots of fun. The Sunday Paki Shah Mardan bazaar is one of the cheapest bazaar in our area. Do visit this bazaar for shopping.
I hope you enjoyed my today's blog. Thanks for stopping.
