So I went out today to get some items needed for my day to day operation at work (Pronto Restaurant and Lounge).
We offer both eat in and take away in our restaurant so I need to personally go out on a market survey to check for a good quality and affordable takeaway pack and some other items needed. Among many supermarket I visited , mamtes at taiwo oke ilorin is exceptionally fully stocked up, so I got most of what I wanted from there.
A sample price was given to me but I still believe I could get a better price if I do a market survey myself and the procurement officers. What aided the market survey was due to the fact that I went out for the survey with someone who is very familiar with the environment, someone who knows where we can get exactly what we want. After much comparison of all the prices, I got the best price at mamtes, which I got most of the needed items there. This price is needed for a food costing analysis.
