Hello everyone! It's another #MarketFriday with the charming Ms @dswigle and I am excited the weekend is almost here… or maybe we make Friday part of the weekend! 😄
Within the week, my friend called and asked if I would accompany her to buy a new phone because her old one was very old with so many issues that some of her friends had practically begged her to change it. Of course, it's when the money is available that one can buy something new.
At last, the fund was available and she called at a time that was convenient for me to leave the office. So I went phone shopping with my friend and it was the perfect opportunity to take pictures for this post.
There's a popular electronic device shop in some parts of Lagos named MChris where we can get any type of mobile device but I am not sure they have iPhones for sale. We did not ask anyway. They also have an online store.
In this phone shop, there are small booths for different phone brands such as Nokia, Samsung, Opp, Intel, Xaomi, Infinix, Techno etc. I made sure we arrived at the shop early at 11am. There was a bit of a crowd then. Going there in the afternoon would be most uncomfortable because it would be flooded with people!
After some surveying, pricing and bargaining, my friend settled for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10S 6G RAM 128GB which cost her $235 approximately.
She was happy with the price at which she bought the phone and thankful for my bargaining skills. 😅 I used this outing to survey other phones that I might like and to know their prices so I could prepare to buy any of them when I am ready.
MChris is a one-stop shop for any and all electronic devices. Apart from the brand booths, they also have another booth for devices accessories from earphones to screen guards, USB chargers, power banks etc.
I understand they also have another store for refrigerators, tv, sound systems, air conditioners etc.
We had a lovely time at the shop, after which we parted ways and I went back to the office. And here my #MarketFriday outing ends!
