Hello Hivans and the #MarketFriday community created by @dswigle , I'm here to share my Market Friday experience at the laundry with you guys.
To be candid, I do my laundry by myself, but due to some unforseen circumstances which led to my busy schedule, I had to take it to a laundromat earlier today.
I was welcomed and briefed by the receptionist on the due process of which I'll also be briefing you guy) my clothes have to pass through before I can have it back.
All clothes or bale of clothes would be dropped and Registered at the reception, each customer will be given a tag(or receipt) that would be used to reclaim the finished laundry.
Clothes that needs or that are requested to be washed will be taken to the washing machine which will do justice to it.
Washed clothes will be sundried outside, and removed when fully dried.
Dried clothes will be taken back inside to be pressed with a pressing iron.
After pressing the clothes with a pressing iron, they will be packed, tagged(with receipt) and arranged on the shelf (wardrobe), and await customers to come to reclaimed their respective items.
Though I went during the early hours of the day, I was long on the queue of customers to be attended to today, so instead of paying just 700 Naira for washing and ironing two pairs of trousers and two shirts, I had to pay 1,000 Naira, that's extra 300Naira for me to be attended to today, after which I paid an extra 200 Naira for it to be delivered later this evening. I had to pay those extra charges because I need the clothes for a program very early tomorrow morning and I will be busy to go back there to claim my clothes later today.
Thats it for today on my experience on #Marketfriday by @dswigle . I hope you guys enjoyed reading, I'd appreciate your support and upvote. Thanks for your patience in following up with my MarketFriday experience.
