One Day in Dali Store

Yesterday Friday, I got a chance to buy snacks at the Dali Store just a short steps away from my son's school. This Dali Store is just a new supermarket in our area. It quickly became popular with consumers because of the lower cost of their products compared to leading supermarkets here in the Philippines. The first time I entered the store, I asked the cashiers why their products were cheap given that some of the foods here also came from other countries. They just told me that their products are really cheap because they don't have any commercials. Unlike others, we will see promotions. If this is true, Dali is really a great help to consumers, especially now that all food is loved.

Anyway, while I was waiting for my son to come out, I went here for a while to buy some food. Actually, my son still has stocks of snack food at home, but I don't want to see the contents of the food box shrink, so even if I only have a small amount of money, I will still buy it.

This Dali store is small, so only a few carts and baskets are enough for a few people to buy. It is said that new stocks arrive every day, so there is no problem in finding items that their consumers always buy. And because the school is right next to it, there are also many students here who buy their meals for recess.

Since I am a single parent, I always check the prices of the products in the supermarkets. Because of that, I now know where I should buy more because I can get it cheaper. That's why I chose Dali. Some snacks here, like the Fudge Bar, only cost 74 pesos. If I buy it from Puregold, it costs 78.00 pesos. Every peso counts, so I still appreciate the small prices that Dali gives.

Another snack I bought was this 30 grams of bread for only 4.75 pesos. This is enough for my son to bury in his recess. I just added a bread pan, which costs only 6 pesos.

There is also a gonut spread here. It's like a nutella and somewhat tastes like a nutella as well. It's very cheap, its small bottle only costs 78.00 pesos. But because I was saving, I didn't buy it first. It has three flavors, which are hazelnut, peanut, and chocolate-strawberry. Delicious, but too sweet for me. Of course, children will love it. Whose child would say no to something chocolate?

If there's anything else I like about this store, it's how they are economically friendly. They always mandated their customers to bring their own market bags or eco bags and if ever their buyers are not there, they offer paper bags or boxes of purchased juices.

So since I am an obedient consumer, I always carry an eco bag wherever I go. To be honest, it's nice to support these types of supermarkets. One of the things I like is the concern for the environment. And in fact, we really need to reduce plastics because of the many disadvantages they have on the environment.

This will be my market story for this week. I hope you enjoy reading. Have a blessed week!
