Overweight and Obesity are now my common health issues. Bad eating habit is a big factor that promotes both of them. I'm 26 years younger and my body is becoming a shame for me. Being an obese person, I can't enjoy what a thin man can do. Hence, I'm going to explain briefly overweight and Obesity.
Obesity & Overweight
Obesity is a condition in which a body becomes too much faty. It is mother of all diseases. An obese person always faces health problems. High blood pressure, Strokes, and Myocardial Infarction are very common. We need to keep ourselves in normal body condition for a good survival on this planet.
Overweight is a condition in which a person's weight becomes more than average than healthy weight. Average weight also depends on Gender as well as body condition. Anyway, we need to control it otherwise it also leads to many other health complexities.
Causes
Overeating, eating fast and junk food, and consumption of too much fat can lead to the Obesity and Overweight. Sometimes Hormonal Changes and post Op- complications also are leading factors. Hence, it is always suggested that we need to think what we are going to engulf. Otherwise it becomes body shame for us.
Preventive Measures
As Obesity and Overweight are not diseases themselves but they are the leading factors for other health problems. We can safe ourselves from these conditions by following preventive measures.
Avoid Over Eating and Eating at different schedule
Avoid Eating Too much fast food or junk food
Do Regular Exercise
Avoid too Much Alcohol and Coffee Taking
Adopt Dieting if needed
Obesity can be genetic factor. In all cases, we need to attempt anything or everything that can help us to reduce obesity and overweight.
Final Thoughts
Our food is our medicine. We need to take care while taking a dish. Nutritional and Anti-nutritional components in our diet play a good role in shaping our body. Carbohydrates and fats are rich energy sources. Whenever a faty food is engulfed, it is saved in the form of fats droplets. These fat droplets started accumulating in the body cells. They make layers upon layers until a man becomes chubby. We need to know how we can burn these fat droplets effectively. Although fat burning is not easy but we can adopt strategies that can lead us towards a thin body. Don't be aggressive and don't be lazy in dieting, make a smart food planing. Take preventive measures to save yourself from obesity and overweight. Please don't make a joke about your diet. I'm facing the obesity challenges and it is a lot of body shame.
