This is really a nice post! Apart from the didactic nature of the information, it brings with it a kind of special compliment for those of us who in one way or another love to cook. Sometimes I have asked myself why I enjoy cooking so much? I think that, in these minutes of reading, I have managed to get my answer. And what a special answer!
