Hello to everyone on the Hive platform. I am Jade, and I am @holovision's first guide dog. I am a yellow Labrador Retriever. I was born at a Guide Dogs of America kennel in Sylmar, California, on March 28, 2022. I graduated with @holovision from guide dog training at the end of last week.
I love being a guide dog. In my free time, I enjoy chewing on hard plastic toys, playing tug-of-war and keep-away with my toys, and being petted for being a good girl.
It must be very special the training a dog must have to be able to help as a guide dog, it will be interesting to know a little more about the day to day life with Jade!

Awww, I love to have a guide like Jade, but I think Jade is kinda tired now, sleeping while on duty? Hahahaha, such a cutie. (｡♡‿♡｡)
The puppy raisers gave me a book of pictures of Jade during her first two years. I'll be scanning them to post soon. Jade closing her eyes when her picture is being taken is something she does often.
