As soon as the attention got distracted, a small mistake and negative marking was done. Writing competitive exams and driving a race car are the same. Even the smallest mistake causes damage, but you need accuracy or attention to detail in every field. In professions like surgeons and paramedics, the life of the patient is in your hands. Apart from this, whether you become an engineer or a consultant. Whether you do less in management or administration. High accuracy is always expected from you in your work.

Being an expert means that your eyes are so trained in your work that you cannot escape any mistake.
How will you learn this?
1. Use a checklist
2. Make a habit of rechecking your work.
3. And keep preparing in advance. Work ethic which should be practiced by every youth.
Always prepare night before. This was taught to me by the youngest VP Sales of a big company. This gentleman used to crack every meeting and deal. He says that I am not the fastest in my company but still I am successful. Many people have natural avoidance qualities, many are extrovert and make friends quickly. But I am very disciplined and prepare heavily. I have read Think and Grow Rich at least 100 times, you can't call me smart but you can't prepare like me either.
If there is a meeting or presentation the next day, I prepare everything from handkerchief to shoes to file folder, pen drive and laptop the night before. I know every detail about the product, service, company and factory. And it's not just for meetings, every Sunday night I prepare for the next week with my team. That's why I relax every morning before every important meeting, this is the secret of my confidence.
