Hello friends, how are you guys? Hope you all are well. Friends, in this post I have tried to explain through the example of Practical Routine how you can complete your exercise with fun.

First overcome the pain and boredom, and to do this learn to work with double intensity.
While practicing alone, we know that no one is watching us, so we do not put in full effort and attention, hence we lose our focus again and again. Boredom is the repeated loss of focus. Robert Greene says that create such challenges for yourself that you feel that practice is at least twice as important as real practice. That means, consider the practice as if it is the final exam for the finals also. And make a habit of doing it at double the intensity three-four times a day.
How?
Example :
You sit alone to study and if you feel bored, reduce it by setting a small timer and say, OK, I will solve 10 questions in 15 minutes, that is, I will focus with double the intensity. Or I will read 7 pages with full concentration in 15 minutes. And after that, as soon as the timer ends, without stopping, set a timer for 12 minutes again and set a challenge for yourself. Then a 10 minute timer. Through this exercise you will learn to do (15+12+10=37) 37 minutes continuously at high intensity. And you will discover that,
intensity = focus = flow = fun.
Robert Greene says that once this connection is made that intensity = fun, it is so amazing that you cannot imagine in how many ways your life will change because you will start enjoying the practice itself.
