My favourite food is Bread and egg.
Bread and egg has been a food I have loved eating right from childhood and a food i will always be willing to buy and eat regardless of the price.
In my family , we buy bread almost everyday and we eat it more than rice, which is the most eaten food in Nigeria.
They has even been a massive increase in the price of eggs and bread in Nigeria, but we can just do without them, infact we do buy atleast half crate of eggs and stock it in the house because we love eating them.
I love bread because it can be eaten with alot of other items such as beans , fish, butter, beans cake and many more. I have eaten bread with all those foods I mentioned earlier , and I have loved the experience i had with them , but none of them provides me with much joy and satisfaction to eating my bread with fried eggs.
I eat bread and fried eggs in the morning before going to work and sometimes in the afternoon. It's a food i am always craving for and i can eat everyday without getting tired or fed up. I can even still eat bread when my stomach is a bit full.
Bread and fried eggs contain essential nutrients that are needed by my body in high quantities which are :
. Carbohydrate which provides energy for the body.
. Protein which is essential for building and repairing tissues in the body.
. Fats and Oil that are crucial for my brain development and function.
I believe every human should atleast eat 1 egg per day because it very essential and important for the body. Even children should be given eggs most especially the yolk in it as it helps to develop their brain.
I don't bake bread because obviously i always buy it when it is packaged from the local shops but I know it is made from flour which has its own nutrients as well.
Making of fried eggs is easy and is something i believe almost everyone knows how to do. However, I will still be showing the ,ingredients and steps to take to get your eggs fried.
Things needed
. A plate
. Salt
.Cooking Oil
. Spoon
. Frying pan
.Egg shell
The steps.
. Rinse your egg shell to remove any dirt that might be on it.
.Once you are done rinsing , break the egg shell at the middle and pour the egg materials inside a clean plate.
. Now put a little amount of salt to prevent it from getting too sweet.
. After putting salt make use of a spoon and stir it until the yolk has fully dissolved and has been mixed.
. Now get your frying pan and put your cooking oil into it . Don't put to much quantity of oil to prevent the eggs from been to oily .Place the frying pan on fire and allow the oil to get hot , It will get hot within a minute
.Once it is hot , pour your eggs inside and fry it. Make sure it doesn't get burnt while frying.
. Now you will your fried egg is ready and available for eating.
Frying off eggs don't even take up to 3 minutes.
Bread and fried eggs is the way to my heart especially if the bread is fresh and was probably just baked on the same day at the bakery. If you haven't perhaps eaten bread before or maybe you haven't eaten it with fried eggs , i can tell you are missing out and you should please try doing so, and i promise you won't regret.
Lastly, they might be some other ingredients that can be added such as tomatoes and pepper to make eggs but this is just how I normally make mine.
